- Only regular priced items are eligible for cashback. Certain items/collections in particular may also be excluded.
- If you return/refund your order/item, we will deduct from your account the equivalent of the points you received.
- Your points can be earned or used in-store and on our website, but ways to earn points, ways to redeem points, rewards and challenges available may vary.
- Points have an expiration date of 2 years.
- We reserve the right to change the value of points and rewards at any time.
- We reserve the right to reduce/add points in your account, for any reason we deem necessary.
